clarification regarding localhost:5555 if i have two different applications. ill just point the first port to 5555 then the other is 5556?

the locahost:5555 work in github action but the command `kamal app exec -i bash` will not work because the image tag will not save on your local.

what will be the database.yml of this? im trying to deploy web app with separate db. so 1 droplet for app and 1 droplet for db.
